We would like to Thank all the staff at Fourth Village for the great food and wonderful service my family and i ate at your Restraurant for the first time on saturdays night 12/05/2012 and enjoyed ur food very much . PS is a fantastic cafe both with great food and friendly service. My husband and I have become regulars!
The jams are divine, and I enjoy the variety on offer. The banana jam I had last week was exceptional. Everything is cooked perfectly and I cannot fault them on anything. My husband loves their scrambled eggs which are always fresh.
As an avid coffee drinker, I am very happy to say that their cappuccinos are perfectly made all the time. Well done to the Barista.
Like Deborah stated, keep up the good work!

you guys @bugglesandsqueak must have some interest in Bar Mattino as no matter what the dish is in various blogs and reviews you ALWAYS say its better at BM! very suspicious indeed…. You never have anything to say other than comparing BM, and to be honest its not that great! The overpowering flavour is English mustard, its FAR too wet and asparagus does not feature any any Welsh Rarebit recipe I have ever seen….. Let other shave their opinion, why do you always all over the net have to reply in this manner…..

Uliveto is my favourite place! I love the atmosphere,the food is excellent and to me the coffee is the best in Sydney!Lovely people,lovely place .

Have to agree with the above, we love PS cafe!! have been on most weekends and they serve delicious food, warm atmosphere, not too noisy and cosy inside, welcoming staff and the hosts are very accommodating, need I say more. You must try the he ‘Haloumi and chicken wrap’ along with the Blueberry yoghurt cake, two of my favourites from the menu.
Keep up the great work and we will be back again and again!

I have to agree with Adam Black – it is the best thing that has happened in the area and the food and service is great – for two young guys in their first foray the boys at PS Cafe are to be commended and I too rate it 25++. I’ve tried the other cafes in the area & afar and they just don’t rate for the array of food – most still offering the same boring fare from yesteryear!! The food on offer here is fresh, original and vewry tasty! I am a regular and am happy to say it’s my haunt – the Bircher Muesli is a must-try as are many of the other dishes not tried by the reviewers!! I recommend they come back and expand their palate and they’ll no doubt agree with us locals – a breath of fresh air in a community that was starved of a decent cafe with great coffee to boot!!!

Having been a business owner all my life (incl. some cafe’s) i can totally understand the pain of procuring good staff.
If the owner were to read this and i could share one small piece of advice it would be to find that 1 person with enough integrity to help run the front of house (A manager if you will) I found advertising too hit and miss when you are trying to make a living. Go out for a few nice meals on your days off and ‘poach’ the best person you come across.
Put them in charge and get back to making great food.

I love the way you handled this situation.
It proves your committed to sharing positive experiences with your audience (both client and owners) with the intent of making out eating more enjoyable.
Perhaps he needs some special Worcestershire sauce to bring the clientele in

Agreed – your approach is spot on, you have great reviews, great pictures and a genuine style. As a fellow small business owner it’s a very challenging climate and staff are always a challenge. Let’s turn it into a good story, hope you go back and name them again in a positive way. I promise to go and visit!
